LAWQUEST is a limited liability company incorporated with the main aim of delivering Continuing Legal Education and Support Services to the legal community and the general public.
Prior to being incorporated in August 2003, it had been carrying on Continuing Legal Education business under the platform of ALPHAJURIS Workshop Series since 2001.
The Company has been appointed 'Service Provider' by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education of the Nigerian Bar Association towards Implementing Mandatory Continuing Legal Education for legal practitioners in the country.

Workshops


To demonstrate our quest and commitment to the advancement of Continuing Legal Education, our AlphaJuris Workshop Series and Basic Legal Education Series provide a platform of Continuing Legal Education to the legal community and the general public respectively.
Workshops are held periodically all year round. On special request and arrangements, we develop training curriculum and organize in-house workshops for organizations.
Several workshops covering over 115 topics in different areas of law have been held from inception to date.
More than 4,800 participants have attended our Workshops and In-House Programmes since inception.
Publishing, Sales and Distribution of Law Books, Journals and Reports
We undertake the publishing, sales and distributions of law books and practice materials.
Our nationwide distribution network made up of 42 marketers, several business partners and book racks, also enables us to market law books published by other authors to lawyers, law firms, law libraries, companies and government parastatals.
Under our Juriscope brand, 34 law books have been published by the company.
In addition, the company produces different types of stationeries under the brand name of RECITA. See attached catalogue.
All these publications and stationeries are printed and produced by our ultra modern printing press located at our company owned property in Port Harcourt.

This is born out of a desire to provide decent office accommodation for lawyers nationwide.

YOUNG LAWYERS EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMME
This is an accelerated employment programme for young lawyers, which starts with a one month special training package.Applicants who must be subscribers to our ALPHAJURIS WORKSHOP SERIES are made to pass through a short listing exercise.
Successful applicants are now trained for a period of one month and thereafter attached to reputable law firms, where they will acquire further practical skills.
During the period of attachment each participant receives an allowance from us pending when he or she secures a permanent job.
PRINT ON DEMAND SERVICE
Through our subsidiary, JURISCOPE PRESS LIMITED, we offer printing services to publishers of books. Our package which allows us to accept a minimum of 100 books per publication, offers a unique advantage of high quality and outstanding speed of delivery at very low cost.
The economic benefits of this unique package cannot be overemphasized as it allows the publisher the advantage of low stock and the flexibility of printing on demand.
NAIJALAW – Dramatised Basic Legal Knowledge Series
Naijalaw is a 52 episode drama presentation of Basic Legal Knowledge designed to deliver basic everyday legal knowledge relating to almost all facets of human endeavour to everybody’s doorstep. In collaboration with Jeta Amata one of the best movie directors in Nigeria, the episodes are being designed to feature some of the best actors and actresses in the country.
After running on Television, the episodes will be mass produced as 52 stand alone movies for sale within and outside the country.
